Texercise, a statewide fitness campaign, provides older Texans and their families with information and opportunities to improve physical activity and nutrition. Texercise offers a variety of activities and resources to help you adopt a healthy lifestyle. Resources include the Texercise Handbook, which provides information on how to improve endurance, balance, strength, flexibility, and nutrition.

Walk across Texas
Walk Across Texas can help you become physically active through an eight-week program. Through this program, you can walk, swim, dance, or bike the equivalent of 830 miles and track your progress across the state on-line or through a Texas road map.
